Food Service Team Member
Richards Ranch House is seeking friendly, energetic, dependable individuals who desire to be part of a team whose focus is on supporting one another and offering our guests a great experience when choosing to dine with us. If you enjoy people and/or working with food, a job with Richards Restaurants may be the place utilize your talents or learn new skills that can be used for a lifetime while earning cash to meet your current needs. If you have a smiling face with a friendly personality, you may be the perfect candidate for a server or host. If you enjoy cooking and making things happen, the kitchen may be the place for you.
We can teach you many of the things you'll need to know to be successful but there are a few skills you should have before starting:
You have a Richards attitudea great one: you value teamwork and others, you're consistently on time and dependable, you have a guests come first mentality, you are willing to learn, you work hard and are committed to doing things
You are fun and friendly and take pride in everything you do.
You enjoy working with people.
You are at least 16 years old and communicate well with others.
You can maintain a clean safe work area.
Most positions available are part time. We serve our guests breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Shifts vary, so when applying be sure to communicate when you are available. If a second job is what you're looking for, we try to be flexible and work with other schedules you may have. If you are looking for a career in the foodservice industry, there's room to grow within our organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
