If you enjoy people and/or working with food, a job with Richards Restaurants may be the place utilize your talents or learn new skills that can be used for a lifetime while earning cash to meet your current needs. If you have a smiling face with a friendly personality, you may be the perfect candidate for a server or host. If you enjoy cooking and making things happen, the kitchen may be the place for you.
We can teach you many of the things you'll need to know to be successful but there are a few skills you should have before starting:

You are fun and friendly and take pride in everything you do.
You enjoy working with people.
You are at least 16 years old and communicate well with others.
You can maintain a clean safe work area.
Most positions available are part time. We serve our guests breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Shifts vary, so when applying be sure to communicate when you are available. If a second job is what you're looking for, we try to be flexible and work with other schedules you may have. If you are looking for a career in the foodservice industry, there's room to grow within our organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
