Northern Indiana grocery retailer is seeking a store manager with solid performance record looking for a challenging position, in a fun-fast paced work environment.
Store location is in North Webster, located just 40 minutes West of Kendallville, IN.

Experienced with leading large numbers of employees in a team atmosphere
Able to build relations with customers and vendors
Key
Responsibilities:
Day to day activities of store operations
Efficient and profitable operation of store
Guide and lead a team of department managers
Set and maintain store policy
Hire and train employees
Develop merchandising plans
Maintain good customer and community relations that meet or exceed company standards
Monitor the store's profits or losses
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Some college work or degree a plus
Grocery experience a plus
Must be a team player with proven leadership skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
