Host/hostess/Cashier
Richards Ranch House is seeking friendly, energetic, dependable individuals who desire to be part of a team whose focus is on supporting one another and offering our guests a great experience when choosing to dine with us. If you enjoy people and/or working with food, a job with Richards Restaurants may be the place to utilize your talents and learn new skills that can be used for a lifetime. If you have a smiling face with a friendly personality, you may be the perfect candidate for this part time position.
We can teach you many of the things you'll need to know to be successful but there are a few skills you should have before starting:
You have a Richards attitudea great one: you value teamwork and others, you're consistently on time and dependable, you have a guests come first mentality, you are willing to learn, you work hard and are committed to doing things
You are fun and friendly and take pride in everything you do.
You enjoy working with people.
You are at least 16 years old and communicate well with others.
You can maintain a clean safe work area.
Responsibilities include:
Operating cash register, handling cash, and processing credit cards
Balancing cash drawer
Greeting and seating guests
Assisting servers as needed
Maintaining clean, tidy entrance and restrooms
The ideal candidate is available to work Saturdays and Sundays during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Other part time opportunities may also be available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
