Customer Service Administrator

A rea of Accountability:
Responsible for data entry and clerical support to the Customer Service team including QAD navigation and data integrity.
Major Responsibilities:
General data entry and provide clerical support of work processing and spreadsheets for customer service staff
Files correspondence and other records
Acts as backup to switchboard
Complies statistical reports
Provides customers with Proof of Deliveries
Complete research for customer disputes
Process specific open order reports.
Process Truck Down orders
Redate orders due to customer logistic issues
Process RMA???s and all the research prior to
Discrete order entry for all manual orders
Qualifications:
High School diploma required
Secondary education preferred
1 years administrative experience required
PC skills (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel) required
MRP experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
